Shipping Policy

Chase Grace Studio currently ships only to addresses within the United States.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Expedited shipping, when available, may require an additional charge displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery

After processing, standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or an incorrect shipping address.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, customers will receive tracking information by email after the order ships.

Address Changes

Customers must verify their shipping address before completing an order. If an address needs to be corrected, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered production or shipped.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If an order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected delivery period, contact us with the order number and relevant photographs, when applicable. We will review the issue and assist with the carrier claim or an appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping.
